Spirit Week at Berkeley High

October 24-28 was Spirit Week 2011-12 at Berkeley High School, ending on day five with the Senior Spell at 7:30 a.m. as shown in the photo, an all school Spirit Rally in the Community Theater Friday afternoon and the Homecoming Game that night. Monday was “Nerd Day”; Tuesday was “Tie-Dye – 60’s Day”; Wednesday was Greek Day, and Thursday was 70′s – 80′s Day for Juniors and Seniors and Pajama Day for Freshmen & Sophomores. The Spirit Rally in the Community Theater was great, and the house was packed. The dance performances included the BHS cheerleaders; all four classes in competition and the staff dancers. The program included two special tributes for a student and a teacher lost last year.
