Breaking ground at Derby Field not only marks the start of the project’s construction phase but is a dream come true for the scores of BHS athletes and coaches, past and present, who envisioned a dedicated baseball field befitting their team. The multi-use sports field at the corners of Derby Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way will become a central sports hub for BHS and B-Tech students with a baseball and soccer field and basketball court.
Come out and help us break ground at Derby!
When: Saturday, June 9th from 11am – noon
Where: Derby Field (at corner of Derby St. & Martin Luther King Jr. Way across from B-Tech)
