The BUSD is currently Conducting a Disaster Exercise, activating the District Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and one school site, Cragmont Elementary School. All of the other schools participation will be simulated. Any announcements or activity that you hear or observe is just a drill. There will be hourly reports from the EOC on this blog. If this was a real emergency than you would also get regular reports on the Emergency Broadcast Network from the City of Berkeley, including an update from the BUSD.
