Parents/Guardians of students in grades 5, 7, 9, and 11 should have received notice regarding the California Healthy Kids Surveys (CHKS) being filled out by students in these grades in all of our schools. The survey responses help measure our progress in educating our youth about healthy lifestyle habits, are used to help direct services and resources that may be needed, and help monitor trends in youth behavior.
