Something very special that will involve the entire BHS community and the City of Berkeley will be happening on Friday, February 7th at the BHS boys basketball game vs. San Leandro during halftime. (Game time 7 pm)
— Seven Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) will be installed on the BHS campus for use, with CPR, in the event of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA)
— Seven graduates of the BHS Class of 1974 will be announcing the creation of the Greg Brown Memorial Fund for Student-Athlete Health and Safety. Forty years ago Greg collapsed during a BHS basketball game, and could not be resuscitated. The Fund will help maintain the AED program and fund other BHS programs to enhance student-athlete health and safety.
Come to honor the memory of Greg Brown, and be an important part of the BHS Community on February 7th!
