All Parents/Guardians of BUSD 5th graders and students new to the Berkeley Unified School District must submit a Middle School Parent Preference Form along with residency and required documentation to enroll in middle school no later than Friday, February 6th at 4pm. Middle school assignments will be mailed to those who have enrolled by this date in mid-March.
Families who do not submit the Parent Preference Form and proof of residency will not receive a middle school assignment.
Students on inter-district permits should contact the Admissions Office for specific information on the process for enrolling for middle school.
