Berkeley Research, Evaluation and Assessment (BREA) is hosting the BUSD Research Symposium on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015. Registration begins 5:15. Welcome: 5:45pm. Session 1: 6:00pm, Session 2: 7:20pm.
The Symposium will bring leading thinkers in current innovative educational research together with Berkeley community members, BUSD educators and parents to rethink the role research can play to improve our educational practices. The Research Symposium is of particular importance to parents, educators and others in our community, because educational research informs future educational policies that hold the promise to improve the educational outcomes for all our students, particularly those who are caught in the opportunity gap.
