Please join families, educators, staff, and district leaders for an evening of workshops and discussion on school leadership and how we can build a future for our schools together. This event is part of a series of workshops designed to build and support school site leadership.
Thursday, December 1: School Leadership: Building the Future of our Schools Together Workshop has been postponed until January, 2017.
The draft agenda for the evening is here. We’ll begin at 6:30 pm with a welcome and an update on district priorities and progress from Superintendent Donald Evans, and then there will be two 40 minute workshop sessions to choose from among four choices. Committees are asked to send at leasts four delegates to this evening so each workshop has a representative from a site and/or committee.
Several other events and workshops that are planned, or in the process of being planned are also listed on the agenda. In particular, there has been a lot of interest in addressing concerns that have been raised by the results of the national election.
