Ballot Measures Filed with Registrar of Voters
On December 5, 2019, the Alameda County Registrar of Voters accepted three BUSD measure filings for the March 3, 2020 ballot. On December 10, the Registrar assigned lettering for the measures:
E for Educator Recruitment and Retention special tax
G for the Facilities Bond and
H for the Facilities Safety and Maintenance tax.

Previously, the Board Approved the Ballot Measures at its Nov 20 Meeting
At its regularly scheduled meeting, the School Board approved three resolutions to place a bond and two special taxes on the March 3 election ballot.

Resolution #20-016: General Obligation School Facilities Bond
Resolution #20-018: Facilities Safety and Maintenance Act
