Notice is hereby given that the Berkeley Unified School District has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual Developer Fee Report (“Fee Report”) pursuant to Government Code section 66006(b)(2) for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, June 30, 2019, and June 30, 2020.
The Fee Report is available for public review on the District’s website at https://www.berkeleyschools.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/BerkeleyUSD-DeveloperFee-AnnualReport.pdf
The School Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. The public meeting for this purpose will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable. This meeting will be held pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20 issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020. The meeting will be held solely via teleconferencing webinar (Zoom) and will be made accessible to members of the public via a meeting link to be made available at least 72 hours before the meeting on the District’s website and included in the posted Board agenda.
