Greetings Berkeley Unified Community.
Welcome to the 2023-24 school year!
We hope that you are enjoying the last few days of the summer! Our educators and staff have been working hard to prepare our schools to welcome you – our students and families – back on Wednesday, August 16.
We did a lot of great work together last year. We are excited to continue working with you to ensure excellence, equity, engagement, and enrichment are real and true for every Berkeley student. Together we will advance our shared mission of enabling and inspiring our diverse student body to achieve academic excellence and make positive contributions to the world.

¡Bienvenidos al año escolar 2023-24!
Esperamos que usted esté disfrutando de los últimos días del verano. Nuestros educadores y el personal han estado trabajando arduamente para preparar nuestras escuelas para darles la bienvenida – nuestros estudiantes y familias – de regreso el miércoles, 16 de agosto.
El año pasado hicimos un gran trabajo juntos. Estamos entusiasmados de seguir trabajando con ustedes para garantizar que la excelencia, equidad, involucramiento y enriquecimiento sean reales y verdaderos para todos los estudiantes de Berkeley. Juntos avanzaremos en nuestra misión compartida de capacitar e inspirar a nuestro diverso cuerpo estudiantil para alcanzar la excelencia académica y hacer contribuciones positivas a nuestro mundo.
