LOCATION: 1701 San Pablo Avenue – Gather in the parking lot facing San Pablo.
SCHEDULE: Speeches at 10:15 and shovels in the dirt just after 11:00 am.

The Berkeley community will be gathering on Saturday, June 7, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for the highly anticipated Workforce Housing groundbreaking ceremony.
Several years in the making, this ambitious initiative will include 110 rental apartments, a resident center with a kitchen, smaller indoor gathering spaces, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. Upon completion, workforce housing will help the District recruit and retain quality educators, both certificated and classified employees.
