NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Berkeley Unified School District (“District”) has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual school Impact Fee Report & Five Year Findings (“Fee Report”), pursuant to Government Code section 66006(b)(2) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The Fee Report is available for public review (1) on the District’s website at https://www.berkeleyschools.net/, and (2) at the District’s Facilities’ office, located at 2515 Ninth Street, Berkeley, CA 94710.
The Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The public meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Anyone wishing to participate can do so in person or virtually at the following link: https://www.berkeleyschools.net/schoolboard/board-meeting-information/. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the Board Room, located at 1231 Addison Street, Berkeley, CA 94702.
