Please join the upcoming North Region SELPA Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting on Monday, September 28 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Whether you are new to special education or have been navigating it for years, your questions, experiences, and voice matter. Come learn what the CAC is, connect with other families, and discover how we work together to support students with disabilities across our multi-district SELPA (Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Emery, and Piedmont).
What the CAC Does:
- Advise: Provide valuable input and feedback to help shape special education programs, services, and policies.
- Learn: Gain knowledge about special education, resources, and your rights—empowering you to support your student with confidence.
- Advocate: Use your voice to promote positive change and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
