Custom Benefit Administrators (CBA) administers the Parking & Reimbursement Program for our employees. CBA sent Welcome Packets to all employees to the address the District has on file. This Welcome Packet contains contact information as well as claim filing tips, suggestions and how to access your account via the internet. The documents in the Welcome Packet are also available in PDF below.
To access 2011 or 2012 plan dollars contributed to the Parking & Transportation Program complete one of the following:

Debit Cards: Each Parking & Transit participant may receive a debit card. Debit cards will be mailed separately to the participant’s address of record. Cards should be received about two weeks after receipt of enrollment. Please note, CBA provides one debit card that will work for the Medical FSA, Parking, and Transit accounts (the debit card cannot be used for the day care account). If an employee has a debit card already and signs up for the transit or parking account, they will not receive a new card. Instead, their existing card will be enhanced to accept parking and transit transactions.
Please know that contributions are added to each participant’s Parking and/or Transit account on each payday (just like a bank account). So if an employee elects $100 per pay day to be contributed for Transit expenses, the funds will not be available until the actual pay day. This is quite different from the Medical FSA, which allows employees to be reimbursed up to their “annual election” at any time during the year, regardless of the amount they have actually contributed.
