In accordance with the Berkeley Schools Excellence Program (BSEP) – Measure A of 2006 and Measure E1 of 2016 – the School Board approves an annual plan for expenditure of the BSEP funds. The Annual Plan includes the specific plans and budget for each of the Measure’s distinct purposes, as well as a summary of the BSEP Site Plans. (Each School Site Council determines the expenditure of the BSEP funds as allocated to each school site.)
